Sweet Emilia. Being able to capture your birth was absolutely humbling. I got a message the morning of March 12 to head to the hospital. Everybody was patiently waiting for you to make your arrivail. As the day stretched on you decided to make your appearance right before noon. Everything about your birth was beautiful. The lighting, the emotions, the love shown between your parents, your encouraging words from your grandmothers. As soon as you made your grand entrace momma said “Wow! She’s cheesy!” And was she right! As you were cleaned off and passed around we all kept waiting to hear a big cry from you. Eventually, there it came. You let your voice be heard and there was a sense of relief throughout the room. Once the word was out that you had arrived the doors opened. People poured in. Emilia you are SO LOVED. The amount of love and compassion in that one delivery room that day was astonishing. So many friends and relatives were excited to see you. You are one special little girl and I’m so thankful I was able to capture your birth!
